How to Use Data Search Tool

Procedure
  1. Click the ESA Tools (Red Hammer).
  2. From the ESA Tools dialog box, choose Data Search Tool.
  3. Under Select Datasets to Search" there are two options:
  4. All Datasets - search for data in all datasets. 
  5. Select Datasets  - search for data in specific datasets.
  6. For now, we choose "All Datasets."
  7. Type in the data you would like to search for.
  8. Lets type in "block"
  9. There are two search options:
  10. Search Column Names: search for data using just the column names.
  11. Search Data Values: search for data within the table.  This search option takes longer to complete.
  12. 8.  For now, choose "Search Column Names" search option.
  13. 9.  Wait for the program to complete searching and click OK to close the dialog box.
  14. 10.  Under Results, you will see a list of all datasets containing the searched data.
  15. 11.  Choose the datasets you would like to map and click "Add Selected Datasets to Map."
  16. 12.  Click Close to close the dialog box
  17. 13.  All selected datasets have been mapped
