How to Navigate in a 3D scene

1. From the Tools toolbar, select the Navigate tool.  (If you don't see the Tools toolbar, add it from the View menu, Toolbars, Tools).
2. To navigate right, left, up or down - hold down the right mouse button and move the scene.
3. To zoom in / zoom out - hold down the left mouse button and move the scene.
4. From the Tools toolbar, select the Pan tool. 
5. To Pan (move) the entire scene - hold down the right mouse button and move the scene.
6. From the Tools toolbar, click the Zoom to Full Extent button. 
7. The scene is zoomed out to the full extent of all layers in your 3D scene.
