Welcome to Earth Science Associates

Earth Science Associates is a software development and consulting company to the oil and gas industry, government agencies and international organizations. Our principal software product is GOM3. GOM3 is a flexible and powerful set geographic information system (GIS) components covering the oil and gas resources of the Gulf of Mexico . We combine data released by the US Minerals Management Service with that of key industry sources of information and analysis into an integrated platform for analysis supporting all phases of exploration and production. GOM3 is built on ESRI’s suite of ArcGIS technologies. ESA’s current two dozen GOM3 clients produce most of the oil and gas in the Gulf of Mexico .

In addition to support for our GOM3 users through training and assistance in leveraging GIS technology, ESA provides our clients with consulting services in the areas of hydrocarbon resource assessment and supply analysis

Well Log Images

In 2005, we have added all    230,000 well log images released by MMS. Click on a well and get the logs.     

 

3-D GIS

GOM3 leads 3-D GIS technology with models for 1,000 producing fields including wells, facilities, paleo tops and sands.

         

MMS LIVE Links

In 2005, we added direct access from GOM3 maps to tens of thousands of MMS reports on their server.
