GOM3 is ESA’s principal product, we are fully dedicated to providing all the support users need, not only to use our system, but to make it an efficient integration platform for analysis of data from the widest variety of sources. Meeting this goal has catalyzed the development of an extensive online Help system, designed to answer commonly asked questions with step-by-step procedures and our “How-To-Videos.” It has also shaped our training program, based on solving practical problems with GIS technology and GOM3 in particular.

Questions that cannot be answered through our help and training programs are handled by direct user support over the phone. ESA provides our GOM3 users unlimited support to answer questions, guide users through tasks, respond to problems and take suggestions for improvement of the system. Almost all questions can be answered immediately. When we see a problem requiring further research, the user is promptly informed when the solution is found.
