Table Name:Province EIA Field Table - PRFLDS##, where ## = Province number.
Table Function:Listing of EIA Fields by County within a Province.
USGS Input Tables:sizes#.tab and conv#in.tab (where # = Region number).
  1. Province - Province Number.
  2. Commodity - Commodity Oil, Gas or NGL.
  3. F95 - 95% Fractile on cumulative probability distribution for undiscovered volume of commodity in the province as a whole.
  4. F50 - 50% Fractile median on cumulative probability distribution for undiscovered volume of commodity in the province as a whole.
  5. F05 - 5% Fractile on cumulative probability distribution for undiscovered volume of commodity in the province as a whole.
  6. Mean - Mean of cumulative probability distribution for undiscovered volume of commodity in the province as a whole.
