Pore Pressure Geostatistical Study Published in AAPG Bulletin

The January 2015 edition of the AAPG Bulletin contains the article on the pore pressure regime in the Gulf of Mexico that was researched and written by a group of graduate mathematics students in partnership with ESA. The paper details how the pressure gradient/mud weight maps available in GOM3 were made, puts them into geologic context and shows some ways to use the grids for derivative work. The article can be viewed as a PDF here.
